I’ve been a
top producing agent on the North Shore for
over two decades. I’ve seen the market go up
and down several times. My background and
experience allows me to think strategically,
provide disciplined advice, and execute on
that advice so that my clients reach their
goals. I am a trained negotiator and problem
solver. I walk my clients around the
pitfalls and potholes of real estate.

I sell all
types of homes – historic homes, equestrian
properties, cottages, waterfront estates,
capes, colonials, and condominiums – in all
price ranges. I believe in education and
hold numerous designations – CRS, CRB, ABR,
GRI. Less than 1% of real estate agents
nationwide have my qualifications. Before
starting my present company, I
was inaugurated into the RE/MAX Hall of
Fame! My team and I offer Buyer Brokerage as
well as list, market, and sell homes.

Every house is
unique. Every person is unique and everyone
deserves to have a real estate experience
that speaks to that uniqueness. I customize
every sale and every purchase to fit the
requirements of the client and the property.
I study the market. I know the numbers.
Nevertheless, every home is different,
particularly in New England. Statistics and
comparable sales provide guidance, however,
they do not tell the whole story. Living
space, lot size, condition, the way the
house sits on the lot, amenities,
landscaping, craftsmanship…the overall
‘feel’ of a particular house are what create
value and make a house a home. Residential
real estate is part science and part art.
This is one of the reasons why I love my
job! Today’s
consumer is linked in and linked up. The
business world is one of speed, agility and
broad reach. I have sold homes to buyers
from England, France, Turkey, Ireland,
Australia, and Canada – all of whom found me
through the internet. Our world is changing
and it is not business as usual. There are a
multitude of technological tools available
to real estate agents that enable me to
market, communicate, and sell homes better
and faster. I stay on top of new advances to
better serve my clients and provide real
tangible value. I’ve put together a support
staff which enables me to offer superior
service to all of my clients.
