Oddly enough, I selected Kristal Pooler as my broker based on her photo in the real estate section. I take portraits for a living and scrutinized many for a face with a genuine quality. My instincts were exactly correct. In fact, Kristal Pooler along with Ron Farren (husband and partner) far exceeded my expectations. Throughout the process, I felt I had the undivided attention of the team though I knew they had many listings and far larger ones. The detailed website for my particular address, advertised on the “For Sale” sign out front, was a tremendous advantage. In addition, Kristal was always accessible.
